Are all products created by you? 

Every product is designed by me (Tory) personally. Our newest collection of cards was a collaboration project with my dear friend Jess from Cornucopia who drew up the fantastic artwork you see on the new line. 

 Where are your products made?

All greeting cards and prints are printed locally in Dublin, Ireland. Enamel pins are designed in Dublin, Ireland and professionally made abroad. Pin backs are printed locally in Dublin.

 How long will it take to ship my items? 

Because hue complete me is a small business, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and shipping of your order.

 Can I cancel my order? 

Non-customised orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once a shipment has occurred you will be notified and will no longer be able to cancel your order. Orders may be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and original condition. All returns must be organised via email. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
